Objective
The primary objective of this role is to lead the Manu Samoa to success on the international rugby stage. As the appointed individual, you will have the responsibility of selecting and coaching the team to achieve a standard of excellence, thereby bolstering the reputation of Samoan rugby domestically and internationally over the next four years.
You will oversee all aspects of team selection, gameplay, and training activities, ensuring that they align with the strategic objectives of the Manu Samoa program. It will be essential to provide effective leadership to the team and cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders within the Samoan rugby community.
Collaboration with other national team management staff is crucial to contribute positively to the overall success of the Lakapi Samoa High-Performance system.
Your commitment to achieving excellence will be evident through the attainment of key performance indicators set forth by the Lakapi Samoa Board.
